Is spiritual support part of your wellness journey?
For me, it absolutely was.
My path has included trauma, abandonment, injury, and setbacks. Maybe yours has too.
At my lowest, I struggled with negative self-talk and didn’t treat my body with the care it deserved.
But through deep self-discovery—exploring my beliefs, motivations, and identity—I began to cultivate compassion for myself. I learned to accept my imperfections and embrace my humanity.
I found tools that helped me heal and grow:
